Morning stories: When a plan is forming
Changing things and not waiting for a better time
A slow morning in my pyjama and dressing gown. Alice is not screaming for attention, like she knows that I need some quiet today. I’m writing at the living room table so I can watch the sheep behind my garden fence. Soon I’ll move to my reading chair and sit there concentrated on a book I need to make progress in today. Being paid for reading is great, but it also comes with deadlines, which makes me plan my reading meticulously in these cases.
It’s one of those days when I don’t know what to tell you. This time it’s because a plan is forming in my head. A change I want to bring into my life, I just need to figure out how to make it happen. It’s nothing big, but it’s also big, if you know what I mean. My head is busy with making a plan for it, but there are more changes coming (at work) which make it difficult to form a detailed plan.
So I guess the best way would be to simply begin and adjust when and where needed. Waiting for a better time is not an option.
